We source locally, cook over open flames, and celebrate the bold, honest flavours of Sri Lanka’s southern coast.We don’t chase trends — we chase flavour. 85% of what you eat here is made in-house, from scratch.Our ingredients come directly from local farmers, fishermen, and foragers.Our food is cooked with fire, laughter, and respect for the island’s rhythm.And is served with a beaming smile and warm hearts.

Freshly baked in-house each morning, our focaccia is brushed with olive oil, kissed by fire, and served warm with Xplorers’ signature dips and spreads — perfect for sharing over sunset drinks. Small for single or large for sharing.
