Every ingredient has a journey, every dish has a heartbeat, and every flavour has a purpose.Everything we serve is made right here in our kitchen — from the breads, sauces, and chutneys to our cheeses, ice creams, and desserts. We source locally, cook over open flames, and celebrate the bold, honest flavours of Sri Lanka’s southern coast.We don’t chase trends — we chase flavour. Slow-cooked, hand-rolled, flame-grilled, and full of heart. 85% of what you eat here is made in-house, from scratch.Our ingredients come directly from local farmers, fishermen, and foragers.Our food is cooked with fire, laughter, and respect for the island’s rhythm.And is served with a beaming smile and warm hearts.

Freshly baked in-house each morning, our focaccia is brushed with olive oil, kissed by fire, and served warm with Xplorers’ signature dips and spreads — perfect for sharing over sunset drinks. Small for single or large for sharing.
